Ex (dd's dad) is currently on holiday somewhere (I don't know where but I know he can't receive texts or calls).
He has just sent me a message via FB messenger. I replied and then asked why he had not responded to an important email about DD which I sent more than 2 weeks ago. DD has complex SEN and it was in relation to this.
He has just replied that he didn't receive the email, he has no data.
My question is, how can he be able to use messenger but not receive emails. Surely both need access to internet - either data or wifi - or am I being dense?
