How to attach this lampshade to the pendant light?

I've got a 60s fibreglass lampshade that I like and want to use on a pendant ceiling light. It doesn't have anything to attach it to the pendant with, can anyone enlighten me as to how it's supposed to be done? Presumably I'm missing a bit?

You need a spider. It's a ring to fit the lamp holder with 3 arms which hook under the top rim of the shade. Try amazon.
