My daughter just passed me over the last remnants of a sharing bag,,,I know why now..... bloody chocolate covered raisins, just hiding amongst the goodies, what fresh hell is this, who thought that was a good idea??

Coffee and orange revels can bugger off. Raisins are fab. Lots more raisins please.

LizB62A · 10/08/2019 22:57

The raisin ones are my favourites !
I prefer raisin Poppets though (if they still do them!) as you can get a box of all raisin ones and not run the risk of getting those disgusting coffee or orange ones...

Fozzleyplum · 10/08/2019 23:03

I have an almost 100% success rate at picking only the coffee and orange Revels. Occasionally, I am fooled by a slightly undersized Malteser one, but it's easy to avoid the raisin and caramel ones, which do not deserve their place in the bag.

glittertissues · 10/08/2019 23:03

I love the raisin ones but the chewy caramel ones can bugger off, getting stuck in my teeth - yuck.

SlinkyDogDash · 10/08/2019 23:06

I love revels. The chewy caramel are annoying as they give me jaw ache, coffee not ideal either but I'm greedy so I still eat them.

I love the raisin ones, orange ones and maltesers.

Jamhandprints · 10/08/2019 23:13

Raisin ones are fine. Coffee and orange ones are horrible.

JoyceDivision · 10/08/2019 23:18

Love shell-less minstrels

Hate raisins

Not keen on orange or coffee, but weirdly, have them at the same time, and they are rather nice!

Loopytiles · 11/08/2019 08:52

Think the worst thing about revels is that orange and coffee - even though I like both - just don’t go together.

yogima · 11/08/2019 09:17

Toffee and Orange are my favourites. The shell-less minstrel always feels a bit of a disappointment and the maltesers have NO place in my packet of Revels

Heratnumber7 · 11/08/2019 10:06

What you all need to do is eat one revel, one minstrel, and one malteaser. All at the same time.
Bliss.

JamOnTheCarpet · 11/08/2019 13:55

They replaced the coffee ones with strawberry ones for a (glorious) while.
It was magical, I ate loads of them. :-)

Loopytiles · 11/08/2019 13:58

That would work better.

PuppyMonkey · 11/08/2019 14:01

Used to love this Revels advertGrin

The raisin ones are the best ones
Yum yum yum

Kez200 · 11/08/2019 15:14

The shell less minstrels are galaxy counters!! The only historic reason to buy Revels imo. Now they do counters on their own, revels should be binned

ItProtectsMyHead · 11/08/2019 15:23

I've just bought one of those sharing size bags and eaten about half of it. I blame this thread.

rockingthelook · 12/08/2019 21:17

I've definitely learnt my lesson, can't cope with bad surprises, now sticking to Buttons, Maltesers, Minstrels, Galaxy Counters, and my new favourite bite size After 8's, in fact, anything but Revels :)
