Any Docs around?

My husband had whooping cough 5 years ago. He has had a cough for a month that is not frequent but happens every day. He also wheezes and today had shortness of breath. His mum says he is pale and when he had shortness of breath his lips where white. He has since eaten and drunk water and says he feels better. He has a docs appointment for Wednesday but I am in full panic mode!

He seems generally ok and thinks it's linked to whooping cough.

If he's ok now there's no need to worry.

It leaves you with a bad chest. I had it at 9 months old and suffer every year.

He is now in hospital having a blood transfusion and iron boost! Possible ulcerative colitis that has caused bleeds which has caused the anaemia which of course he has kept quiet!

I have Crohn's disease so would have hoped to have helped. Oh well onwards to tests and hopefully recovery.
