My name is MistyMinge and I have to admit to loving a 'what's for tea' thread. I also need to do a food shop and am after some meal inspiration.

So, come share what you'll be eating this week.

I also love a what’s for tea thread. This week we have planned:
M - slow cooker chicken curry
T - roast beef dinner
W - creamy bacon and courgette pasta
Th - quesadillas
F - hunters chicken, home made chips and veg

Meal planning is tricky now as DS works late shifts and wants his dinner at midnight, so I need more meals like stew that I can cook in one go then reheat, or cook from scratch very easily.

We've just discovered Peruvian cooking after I stumbled on this website;

We especially like this meat and veg dish with chilli and lime, it works with pork or chicken.

Saturday - pizza
Sunday - Peruvian stew
Monday - Shepherds Pie
Tuesday - chicken balti
Wednesday - home made burgers
Thursday - cheese omelettes.
Friday - butter chicken curry and rice
