European holidays (ideally AI) for families with three kids each needing a proper bed

Posting here for traffic. We have three kids each needing a full size bed so not a camp bed or sofa pull out. We really want to do an Autumn resort holiday - ideally all inclusive - in Europe, preferably Spain or Italy, definitely not Turkey. We definitely want a place with a child friendly shallow pool rather than a villa with a private pool. We're finding it very hard to find an Aparthotel or somewhere with either three bedrooms, or a big enough second bedroom to have three real beds. Anyone know of any?

It's not AI, but there are houses with three bedrooms available one with double, one with twins and a single (depending on availability).
The French companies are quite well geared up for catering for families with three children.

Check the details on the swimming pools to see if they work for you, especially for the time of year you want to travel. And note that it is a holiday village and not a hotel so there is no housekeeping during your stay. You can purchase half board or full board, and with a kitchenette you can get in drinks and snacks and keep them cool in your house.
