Corvettes - ideas pls

Hi all, we've got a sudden glut of round courgettes this year and they'd not the most obvious vegetable to cook with. So far, I have made soup with Stilton and cream and some chestnut mushrooms plus a range of homemade pizzas where I have grated courgettes on the very top and drizzles various flavoured oils on top. Actually lovely but what other ideas do you have?

Courgettes!! We have not started putting American cars on pizza (big fail)

Oh, yes to courgette bread - slice it then freeze it. And just courgette cut into chunks and freeze too.
