Hcg levels

Hi there I have two questions... I had my first hcg levels yesterday .. when I was tested I was 4 weeks (due on that day) and my hcg was 58... is this really low for 4 weeks?
Also I have sciatica type pain in my right lower back/bum cheek and it’s worrying me as I previously had an ectopic pregnancy last year where my left tube was removed.

What reason were you having the hcg done for?
A doubling over 48h is more useful than the actual number because dates can be out.

Because I’m pregnant and had a previous ectopic pregnancy I just thought 58 was very low?

I’m getting them done again on Monday so hopefully it doubles was just wondering if anyone had sciatica type pain in early pregnancy too?
