Sweep at 38weeks

Had my first sweep yesterday, had back ache and now nothing. Anything else.that may help get this baby moving?.

In my experience, sweeps only work if things are already starting.

Lots of walks might help. But otherwise, just get some snacks and a boxset and try to get comfy.

Or arrange to keep step kids an extra night, or similar 'inconvenience' (sorry step kids!)... that's when i started!
