Help mortgage valuation done yesterday

Hey guys,
New to this so we are currently getting our mortgage with nationwide my broker submitted apppication dip then we received a tx messahe to say mortgage application accepted. The next day received a tx to say valuation instructed and then it was yesterday what happens now xx Star

You just wait for the valuation to be booked in and then carried out and then formal offer of mortgage will come through

The valuation will be booked in and if the value is acceptable (meets requirement for your loan to value) then you should get your mortgage offer through shortly after. Different lenders work at different speeds but hopefully you’ll have your offer within a week.
