Paperchase delivery

Anyone got any experience of this? I've paid extra for a time slot but parcel hasn't arrived and customer services are stonewalling.

Yeah, I ordered from paperchase and paid for their fast delivery (next day I think) and I got the item exactly a week later...

I did find customer services at paperchase to be as helpful as they could be. It was in the hands of the delivery company and paperchase gave me a percentage off my order and some points on my paperchase card as apology. The delivery company just didn't shift it from their first sorting station for days. It was hopeless.

I've now managed to speak to someone helpful in customer services, they've refunded the extra delivery fee but who knows when I'llget the goods! I'd go somewhere else but need to match the goods to something I already have.
