Typically staying in holiday cottage and tiny bit period leakage thru 2 sheets and mattress protector. Thankfully mattress ok. Am treating and washing stain if no luck is it ok to leave note to explain and offer pay new sheets?

It should come out, did you put any stainless remover on it? The other week my mil fell and one night the wound opened and there was loads of blood. It all came out.

But if not, note and an offer to pay.

We've had to have an actual duvet washed in the past. Blush

Used stain remover and cold water first so hopefully...wont see owners before leaving so it will have too be a note.

Fingers crossed. But in all probability it should come out.

Soak it in the bath with lots of salt, rinse it well then wash on cold wash to avoid setting any remaining staining.
