Hypnobirthing books

Hi, just wondering if anyone can recommend a good hypnobirthing book? Sadly can not afford to do the course so looking for the next best thing

I've got the one from The Positive Birth Company, I forget what it's called but if you go on their website it's available to purchase there. It's really helping me with pre-birth anxiety (it's my first pregnancy)
