Hi,
I am 19 years old and feeling quite broody. I had a miscarriage at 18, I wasn't trying to conceive. But it was a horrible time and I knew I wasn't ready for it, so I just put it down to everything happens for a reason. But I now really want a baby, I don't know if 19 is too young. Did any of you teen mum's out there wish that you waited longer to conceive?
Look forward to hearing from you,
Jade

@alittlequinnie Thank you, yes it helps. I am really thinking about everything and want to put everything in to perspective. I hope your DN starts feeling more like herself soon. My partner now is amazing, but I guess everyone says that and it changes all the time for everyone. But I am very lucky to have found him, I have UC (Ulcerative Colitis) and he has been there for me the whole way through me getting diagnosed and being very moody and snappy on my steroids. He has seen me at my worst, and is still here so I guess that counts for something.

I planned and conceived at your age. We had thought about childcare and work etc. I planned to go back into education part time etc. Me and partner lived on our own (rented). It was really tough but it's what we wanted and we made it work and I now have a career, we rent nice house, DD has everything she needs and more.

It is going to be tough to get on property ladder but we will get there :) take time to plan it properly is all I'll say!

I had my first at 20 and although I love him, it has been so hard. The path of my life changed totally and now at 30 I’m still living with the consequences of not having a proper career etc. It’s very very difficult.
