Has anyone flown with them to America? They just seem quite a lot cheaper than BA and Virgin etc so wondered if they were any good. Thanks

I haven’t flown them personally but there are some good flight reviews on YouTube, they have very modern aircraft and most flights have free WiFi, I’d go for it

Only flown short haul but they were great. I'd go for it.

Yes I have many times on their Dreamliners. I rate them and choose to fly with them to the US now as I feel the air is better on their planes and I get less jet lagged.

I've flown with them twice, London to LA return. Flights and food were all fine, I'd happily fly with them again.

Norwegian are a low-cost carrier, so check carefully what is included in their fares. If you want to check in bags or have meals and drinks on board, you will have to pay for them separately.

Also, check carefully which airports they fly to & from. In some cases they are small regional airports a considerable distance from the destination on their marketing...

Personally, although comfort, WiFi, entertainment and price are all important to me, if I don’t know an airline I look at their safety record first. Googling that (which was 5/7 vs say, British Airways at 7/7), this article from late last year came up....

I’ve flown both Norwegian and Finnair. Both were excellent; not quite the residence on Ethiad but comparable to Emirates in business. Held connections for over an hour. Certainly better than BA where they don’t have single flatbeds. I don’t want to sleep next to a stranger so only fly with 1:2:1 configuration. Norwegian might have been the one with a sort of herringbone arrangement.
Very good food choices. Fantastic loganberry cocktail. Very brightly coloured quilts that looked like they’d come from Ikea but otherwise no complaints at all. I did Finn to Hong Kong and Norwegian to IndIa. Both allowed a short flight a leg stretch and comfortable wee connection before a longer flight that gave time to sleep. You could decide when to be woken, which was excellent.

I haven't flowen with them to the US only around EU but they are one of my favourite airlines. Never had an issue and look to book with them now

Yes, was very comfortable and clean.
