Slightly anxious/stupid question- going on holiday in UK at 34 weeks pregnant

So this is baby number 3, and as we are going on holiday for a week in the UK I hadn't been too worried about anything. But DH asked last night when we were packing if we should take any baby bits (car seat etc) in case he surprises us and arrives early! I'll be 34 weeks when we go. Holiday is 4hours from where we live, dc1 was a week late, dc2 ten days early and a very quick labour.
This seems to have kick started my anxiety, if you were in my position would you take hospital bag etc? I'm possibly being a tad over cautious but am now thinking worst case scenario Confused any advice would be welcome, Thankyou!

If you take it, you won't need it. If you don't...

Pack a mini bag and your notes. Leave car seat with a family member who can bring in emergency (and would be trustworthy with care of existing children)

I did similar with my 3rd. Just popped car seat and hospital bag in car, found out where nearest birth centre was and went. Baby didn’t come while we were away but I felt more relaxed knowing that if it did I was prepared (ish). Do you know anyone nearby to have your other kids if you went into labour?

Thanks ladies. I think you're right, better to have it and not need it than the other way around Confused don't know anyone local up there so would have to potentially ask my mum to do a dash up the motorway, or take one of her cross country routes which takes double the time Grin
