I bought this lovely dress on eBay to wear to an upcoming wedding, it was listed as worn once and then professionally dry cleaned, photos looked good . Anyway it arrived and there are make up or fake tan marks around the neck and arms , it's really only on the inside so not actually visible (maybe a tiny bit it's hard to tell!) when you wear it but it's bothering me knowing it's there and I wondered if I should try washing the dress again or is it too risky given its dry clean only

Picture of the label attached in case any experts out there!

I’d just hand clean the bit that’s affected with washing liquid and a nail brush. I wouldn’t wash the whole dress personally. I’ve got stains out of everything like that.

Thank you, I'll try that!

Baby wipes? The fragranced ones, as they have more chemicals in.

Baby wipes will get the stain out if it's make up but personally I'd put it in a lingerie bag & wash on a delicate in the washing machine and it should be fine
