I'm feeling rather overwhelmed at the moment: we've just moved house, I'm juggling children on school holidays with a full-time, heavy workload and demanding clients, plus the usual day-to-day grown-up stuff and it's all feeling a bit much. So, can I ask, when you're feeling low, under pressure, stressed or just fed up, what makes you feel better?
