Refresh Renovations

Has anyone used these guys for any building work? How did you find them? And whereabouts in the country are you? We are looking at them for a possible extension but initial impressions haven't been great. Not sure if our expectations are too high or they aren't very good.

Having someone project manage the whole thing sounds appealing, but I'm guessing it's an expensive way of doing things.

Yeah, no, don't do it. The Project Manager himself disappeared (thankfully before we started anything) and the organisation clearly didn't actually have any organisation. I think the concept is great but don't go with this shower.

I cannot warn anyone enough to stay away from Refresh Renovations and anything to do with this franchise, especially Refresh Renovations Worthing (Sussex) operated by [names redacted]. We had (and are still having) and awful experience with them. Please feel free to DM me for details.
