Insuring American cousin on our car in UK

We want to lend US cousin our car in the U.K. our insurers said no and so did his insurers. Is there a specialist.? Posting for m7msne5 advic.

I live in the US, and my parents have tried many times with many insurers to get me insured on their UK car, and failed.

I have a UK driving license but apparently you need a UK address too.
