DH and I are considering whether we would want to take the kids and work in another country for a couple of years. DHs role involves regular travel so there are opportunities there if we went them. I am a super cautious, think of all the potential problems, kids are really settled type person but id hate to look back in 20 years and regret it. Most of my concerns are about the kids but also about me if I wasn't working and being lonely. Kids are 6&7 and I've said if we were to do it, I'd like to do so before secondary school years. I'd love to hear your experiences, which country, how your kids have settled, was it ok coming back for the kids e.g. school places/friendships, did you work etc?
