What do you think this is please

My friends been Britten’s by something a bout a week ago. He said it looked like a fly and it really hurt. I’ve just looked at his leg and to be honest I’m quite concerned. Does this look like lymes disease

Yes tick bite, yes GP. Doesn't mean he'll get Lyme Disease but he will need testing. Hope he's ok.

Is the treatment antibiotics. He was also bitten on his hand but that hasn’t got the bullseye pattern. He said it was the same fly and he picked it off. He said he squashed it and no blood came out which made me think it wasn’t a tick
