How can I get my upper arms toned like Pippa Middleton's?

I don't have time to go to a gym, nor the money for a personal trainer and wonder if I put the effort in at home if I can get my upper arms to be more toned? I'm not overweight but having just turned 50 am aware my upper arms aren't as toned and tight as they used to be and I really don't want to develop bingo wings. What size weights would I need to use and how often?

I do a video from YouTube called ‘5 Minute Arm Workout - Sculpt and Shrink‘. Pretty sure it was recommended on here? I think it’s working, I can definitely tell I’m doing it and not just phoning it in.

Rowing machine works wonders. I used to train with a former ballerina who swore by the Swan Lake ensemble moves-just Google "Swan Arms" or "Swan Lake Arm Workout".

I think the secret is Being Filthy Stinking Rich, I’m afraid. Money for personal trainers daily and someone to make your low carb, low cal meals for you, so you’re never tempted to grab yourself some cheese on toast and a chunky Kit Kat for lunch.

How very "I know my place" of you Haworthia. It's definitely too hard for anyone on less than half a million a year to do fifteen minutes of arm muscle exercises a day, for sure.

Get some decent size dumbbells and look it up on YouTube. Pippa has quite low body fat and is very very fit so wouldn’t use her as a template!
Don’t forget the rest of your body.

Yoga and mat pilates have transformed mine. Before that I had been doing weights but I find Y and P way better for results.
