Severe pain down below

Sorry for the TMI, posting for traffic . Long time poster .

I’ve got a horrible ache down below tonight in my pelvic floor muscles . I’m not sure what’s brought it on , I have problems down there anyway and have been told I’ve got pelvic floor dysfunction so presume this is probably related . I don’t think it’s a prolapse as haven’t given birth before .

But I can’t get any relief tonight , it’s like I’ve strained the muscle . Horrible dragging pain, like if you’d been carrying a heavy bag all day . Sitting and coughing seems to make it worse .

I’ve taken two over the counter cocodamol and seeing if that settles it slightly , but worried I might be missing something ? I don’t think I’m constipated , don’t think I have a UTI (get them regularly but pain is different), not due a period or anything . No unusual discharge , no chance it’s an STI etc .

The last thing I want to do is phone 111 and say that my fanjo hurts , but just a wee bit unsure and wondering if any Mnerrs have any ideas for relieving it !

Chronic constipation can cause a prolapse. If you get regular Utis you maybe in retention?
