Vaping Question

Hi all.

So, I've been a smoker on and off mostly on for 10 years and have decided to stop for good. Mainly for my health, but also my skin is starting to look shit.

I've got a vape, but I'm still using nicotine. The e-liquid I'm using is 3mg. My question is, is that level of nicotine likely to hinder my skin recovering? I know nic restricts vessels which starve the skin of oxygen, but 3mg doesn't seem that high to me? Does anyone know?

I'm hoping to not look so dull, and tired.

3mg is low - I vape 6mg and I get a lot of compliments about my skin. Shame about the rest of my body Grin

That's given me hope then, thank you :) I was just thinking surely it's better than all the shit in the ciggies, and Google only refers to the high nicotine e-liquid being no better for the skin than smoking.

Shame about the rest of my body
