I've just bought a juicer as I don't usually have time to have breakfast so I thought it would be a good way of making sure I'm getting something into my system whilst getting loads of nutrients... Also good for the kids and husband. So first I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for tasty recipes but now I'm thinking about the juicing diet, for me not kids obviously. I'm about a stone overweight, suffer with repeatedly low vit b12 and extremely low energy always tired. I also have a severe anxiety disorder... So basically I'm just wondering if anyone thinks it would be a good idea to try and has any suggestions as what to make???? 🤣
