Don't want to go into too much detail here, but I'm looking for someone who might be able to offer support/advice who have went through the same thing,
Away to go through courts for residency of my DH children, long long story, and I'm really anxious and worried about it.. no idea where we stand as we can't afford a solicitor, and worried about how drawn out/ stressful it will be..
I live in Scotland (know things are slightly different here than England)
