I think most likely 17....which is depressing as quite a while ago. But I was very fit, toned,
had found a great colour for my highlights....sigh those were the days

18/19 I suppose. Nothing quite like being youthful. After that ageing slowly begins and it’s just not the same. No amount of styling and self care can compare to a state of physical perfection.

Thirtyysomething · 02/08/2019 21:19

I think 21-25

Minai · 02/08/2019 22:37

Probably aged about 2-4. I was a cute looking toddler and then quite a plain child. Really awkward and gangly teenager. Early 20s I was quite young, slim and pretty but since I had kids I look fat, old and haggard. I’m hoping for a revival in my 40s Grin

I feel my best no at 32 probably because I am happy being me!

Glurf · 02/08/2019 22:45

38

Mid 30s. Had lost the baby weight (that had been hanging around for several years) was getting to the gym regularly, and started to take an interest in clothes.

Noname99 · 02/08/2019 22:51

42-45

Thirties- my age finally suits my style. I dreamed of a camel coat at fourteen. I was definitely thinner/more toned in my twenties but confidence and disposable income helps.

SallyWD · 02/08/2019 22:53

I think it was probably 17 to 19 (depressing I know!) as I had that youthful prettiness - but I'm happy with how I look now at 44. Not looking too bad for a middle aged woman and I've finally learnt how to manage my weight without starving myself. My sense of style is much better now and I'm more confident and happy in my own skin than I used to be.

miaCara · 02/08/2019 22:55

Any time in the past. I look at photos in wonder as surely I was never so fresh faced or slim and vital.
I swear I felt as old as the hills and haggard but I definitely didnt look it -in photos anyway.

LER83 · 02/08/2019 23:01

I think between 19 & 24. Great figure, amazing skin, hair behaved itself and I had quite a lot of confidence. I feel at my worst now - 35 & 3 children. My hair is going grey, I've got loads of fine lines and wrinkles, especially around my eyes, and despite getting back down to the weight I was in my early twenties 2 years ago, I've put loads back on and feel very unhealthy!

tiintoon · 02/08/2019 23:03

18-19. I was actually beautiful, happy and confident and it really went downhill from there. Then again at 28-29 when my first was about a year old and I had lost a lot of weight, was really happy to be a mother, got married etc. My second is now a few months old and waiting for that weight loss again (not happening yet). But yes, also, like some PPs have said, I know now what looks good on me, am buying fewer but more expensive better quality things and working on my posture, however, I do have wrinkles, and grey hair.

nothingtowearever · 02/08/2019 23:04

I've just tuned 28 and this is the best ive ever looked. A toss between loosing weight and having more money

heidipi · 02/08/2019 23:08

5 years ago, whatever age I am. Hindsight is a wonderful thing apparently.

sheshootssheimplores · 02/08/2019 23:09
  1. I was slim, pretty and totally unaware of the fact.
alliejay81 · 02/08/2019 23:12

28 - 33. Post having DS. Looking back at the photos I had long blonde hair, skinny arms, no lines.

I didn't appreciate it at the time and mostly felt frumpy. I was wrong though!

Wincarnis · 02/08/2019 23:15

Around 6 months old, when I won a “Bonniest baby” contest
