Does this look like chicken pox?

Hi all, do these spots on my 2 year old look like they could be CP? We have no experience of it so not sure.

just bathed my son and he felt hot when I undressed him and he's more tired than normal. I noticed these spots, mainly on his thighs. Since then I've found one by his ankle and one on his ear, suggesting it may not be heat related.

Quite possibly. But they come out so quickly you’ll soon know for sure. With my eldest I used camomile lotion and the dried up too quickly and left a few scars, with my youngest I just left them well alone and they cleared up quicker with no scaring. X

Thanks @hazelrose. He's got an out of hours appt later as his temperature was quite high when I took it so they want to see him. Hopefully we'll find out what it is.
