Best frying pan for pancakes?

Dh wants a new pan as he makes pancakes every weekend with the dc. I'm nipping to the shopping centre tonight so thought I'd get one.

It has most of the major stores, can anyone suggest the best place (we usually just go to IKEA!)

What kind of pancakes? Crepe style or American style? If it's for crepes, then you'll want a crepe pan. Otherwise, a good heavy based one, like cast iron, should do.

I like Circulon but All Clad are the best.
