Medication for an ear infection during pregnancy

Hi, I’m 8wks pregnant and have had an ear infection for the last 2.5wks.
Tried to get rid of it using acetic acid but it just won’t shift so my GP has prescribed Sofradex ear drops. I’m just a little concerned about taking them as they contain antibiotics and I don’t want to harm my baby.
I had a miscarriage last year so not sure if I’m just being overly sensitive?
I have terrible morning sickness too so would really like to get rid of the ear infection to help hopefully feel a little better.
Has anyone else used these ear drops during pregnancy?
Would love to hear any advice anyone has.

I thinking checking with your GP or pharmacist would be much more helpful that uneducated advice from a bunch of randomers.

I know this is old but what did you decide to do in the end? I’m in the same situation now x
