Has anyone tried recipes from Toms book 'The Dopamine diet book' I need to lose a couple of stone and noticed it on offer. I've lost weight with slimming world but I'm bored to tears with eating the same thing.😖
I need to mix things up or I will fall off the wagon.

I haven’t got the book. I asked about it on a Facebook group and got the impression it is quite a foodie book and would be too fiddly and costly for me.

I would highly recommend the Hairy Dieters cookbooks.

I loved the programmes so I bought the book but I've hardly cooked anything in it. It's not that inspiring tbh.

Meat recipes, egg recipes. Expensive ingredients, lots of faff. Nothing I fancied, gave it away. Have you tried the “Pinch of Nom” book?

I would also recommend the hairy bikers diet books, we use them as healthier normal food if that makes sense.

what are you on about @Brain06626??

Thanks for your replies, I will have a look at the hairy bikers book. I need easy, tasty recipes as I work long hours. I love food tho too much
