Aptamil packaging design flaw?

Have any other mums/dads had trouble with Aptamil packaging with the scooper tabs in the lid? I found sharp plastic floating in the feed! I am very concerned after discovering a design flaw with the packaging. I made up a feed for my five month old baby and noticed something floating in the bottle before giving it to him. The small plastic tab used to hold the scooper inside the packaging had apparently snapped off and gone into the formula without my noticing. I am concerned that the sharp plastic could be a health risk if swallowed and I am very glad I was making a bottle feed and not cup or spoon feeding my five month old. I contacted Aptamil customer service and they said they have never heard of this problem before so I wondered if anyone else had had this happen to them?

I don't use the lid to store the scoop I just end up digging my fingers through the powder each time desperately trying to find it although I probably should.

I can’t see why it would be difficult to redesign the packaging maybe with just a slit to hold the scooper or a loop so that it’s less likely for parts to snap off and go in the feed, I’m glad (but not obvs as it’s a risk) that it wasn’t just me as aptamils response made me feel like they were suggesting it was My fault this happened!
