Can’t get into my iPhone with passcode

I’ve had a problem today, not being able to access my iphone6S with my passcode and it only let me use my fingerprint. Now it’s not letting me use my fingerprint and says my passcode is required to enable Touch ID. So I can’t access my phone at all!

I set up an iCloud account today to upload my photos, and I also changed my password for my Apple ID. Could this be anything to do with it?

I really hope someone can help me as I’m going on holiday tomorrow and really need to be able to use my phone!

My iPhone password and iCloud password are different. Both work, so I don’t think it’s to do with iCloud.

Best bet is to follow the Help and online guidelines and sort it through that, or possibly use the online instant help if available.

Call your service provider for iPhone as well.
