Does anybody have one off these?

We have just got one and the 5kg wash & dry has shrank my clothes. Has anyone else found this?
What setting do you use as the cotton dry left half the clothes wet.

We have a beko washer dryer and it has just been awful. It broke twice within the first year which Beko did fix. It is now just over two years old and broken again. It no longer heats the water or drys clothes. It will still do a cold wash but that is it. We have now purchased a new dryer and will be replacing it with a washing machine soon. It wasn't cheap but it has been really poor, I would not buy Beko again after this experience.

Sorry, thats not much help to you. It will take longer to dry than a normal dryer, I think washer dryers always do. Hope yours lasts longer than ours.

It actually dries and washers quicker than our old separate washing machine and dryer it's just the clothes shrinking.

Oh no that's awful. I hope ours doesn't break 😞. It was expensive
