First interview in 11 years - help!!

I've been with my current company for 11 years now (had 2 different roles in that time) so it's time for a change.
I'm absolutely bricking it! I can't stop shaking.

Any tips?
Also I know they're not allowed to ask about it but I've got 2 young children and don't want any more - would it be weird if I said I definitely won't be having any more children?
Interview is at 2:30 ShockConfused

Don’t say anything about kids

What’s the job?

Sell yourself, your skills, transferable skills

Give examples of what you can do

Thanks user, good luck to you too! How are you feeling about it? What's the job you're going for?
Don't want to out myself too much but mine is software related. Not sure I know enough about the theory side, but I've been revising!!

I work in social housing. It’s a job I am over qualified for but is close to home (my top requirement), my ds is primary and I want to be around for school pick ups so taking lower skilled job. I’m not telling them that thou!

Software = computers and teckie stuff to me.
I don’t have to study, phew cos I am relaxing with tea and mn!

I was told recently that I undersell what I can do do I am thinking about how to do better but it’s hard in the spot to think about everything!

Practice some possible interview questions, especially the obvious ones like 'why do you want this job?'.
Think of 3 things that make you sound suitable for the job and ensure that you shoehorn these into the interview somewhere.

DO NOT gabble about your home life, children, husband etc. They want to know about YOU

mind you - bit late now, you're 15 minutes into the interview!

Thanks all, I think it went really well ShockGrin however they didn't seem keen on making it a part time position which is ideally what I wanted, so I'll have to wait and see what they come back with.
User how did yours go?

Glad yrs went well. I found out the job was not in the area they told me. Location is important to me, so I advised them I wouldn’t be going to the interview. I have another one in 2 weeks....
It’s just as tough waiting to hear...
