How to remove Blutack stains from painted walls?

Have tried wiping, scrubbing, bread(!) and touching up with paint but the buggers are still there. Help! Is there a miracle product or method of which I'm unaware?

There are paint-on stain blockers that you can apply and then paint over. You can't scrub it off because the grease has soaked into the existing paint.
