Advice on bickering

My kids like to play out in the communial garden with neighbours children where we live but I’m having issues with constant bickering and fallings out and I really don’t know what’s the best way to deal with it. My son is very sensitive to any negativity even one look at him with the wrong facial expression sets him in a really bad mood and he isn’t good at controlling his anger he doesn’t hit but will get very cross and shout inappropriately at the other children. Sometimes I think they deliberately annoy him to get a reaction but Then I’m the one having to try and get him to come indoors when he doesn’t want to but staying out isn’t doing him any favours either. Anyone experiencing anything similar ?
