Prolapse and sanpro

If you have a prolapse what sanpro do you use please?
I have a mild suspected, undiagnosed prolapse. Since the birth of my 3rd child I have only had a few periods. I was hoping to use a mooncup but it made the prolapse feel worse. Tampax is no longer comfortable. And I hate pads.
Any ideas?

I use pads.. I hate wearing them but I dont have any other option, I have bladder, bowel and uterus prolapse' and cant has tampons or a moon cup because of that. Sorry I know that doesnt help you but I'm in the same boat
