Return to work / retraining?

I'd love to work for myself so I can fit my work around the kids. Been sahm for 7 years.... any ideas on something I could retrain for quite quickly and start out with self employed? Or any ideas in general?

Have you looked at the Woman Returners Programmes? Not sure what area you were in, but loads of companies offer them.
