Mad Cleaning

I have just spent the last 1.5 hours scrubbing everything in our bathroom.
Washed down tiles and woodwork.
Bleach everywhere!
So what you might think????
We are finally after 17 years in this house getting a brand new bathroom tomorrow and the old one will be in a skip pretty much as soon as they get here so why did I feel the need to go daft cleaning today😁😁
Anyone else feel the need to clean things that don't even need doing. I don't even like cleaning at the best of times!

It's curious to leave the bathroom fixtures clean if some workman is going to be getting their hands all over them whilst removing them.

Well I think we've found the answer to the question 'what's even more pointless than ironing tea towels'.

Cleaning something that's going to be ripped out tomorrow and thrown in a skip.

Does it need to be skipped? When I had my bathroom down, I put the loo and basin on eBay, collection only (the bath had to be skipped).

Recycle and your cleaning won't have been in vain Smile

  • Done, not down, of course.
