Hi, my kids have recently discovered bubble gum and learnt how to blow bubbles Shock

We were out today in a different city and found this chupa chups cotton candy bubble gum. We bought a few packs and the kids loved it.

The problem is I don't know where to get more from. What type of shop would have these? I have checked tesco and sainsburys with no luck. I'm in the east mids. Thanks!

Have you got any of those "Sweets From Heaven" shops ( big shopping centres have them ) lots of American sweets there .

My DD likes to gum in the round red tub (I think its Hubba) from Tesco.

Home Bargains sell it, it’s the only shop I’ve ever seen it in.

our local newsagent McColls sells it

MyBlueMoonbeam · 27/07/2019 22:54

Shock why do you want to let them chew on sugar??????

JellyBellies · 27/07/2019 23:07

I'd let them have it for take off to avoid ear pain.

In terms of sugar, there are worse things and they don't have a lot of sugar anyway.

Our local Asda used to sell it, haven't seen it recently but haven't been actively looking for it so they might still have it. If you have a local Asda you could ring them up before heading there to see if they stock it, we've done that with various items before to save a trip if they didn't have things. Our nearest Asda (12 miles away so not close, not just a trip into the town we live in) are always happy to let us know if they have something in, especially if we let them know it's saving us a 24 mile round trip if they don't have the item we want.

JellyBellies · 27/07/2019 23:14

I will check Asda, thanks for the tip! We have one close by and a b and m bargains. If that fails, will try the home bargains.

Hope I strike lucky in one of them Smile
