I'm 23, and I have bitten my nails for ws long as I can remember.
I have acrylics infilled every 2 weeks... if they last before I've literally bitten them off.
I've tried gel nails, polish, putting something gross on them and nothing works. I am so sick of having to get a new full set because I've bitten them off before my appointment. Any ideas??
