Cheapest tracked delivery?

Want to start selling some clothes etc but want to send tracked delivery - as I can’t be bothered with time wasters who claim they never received the item etc.

Any courier people can recommend?

I dont know if they are cheapest but UPS are good. They deliver to collection points too which is convenient. I was told I should have done something to save money but it was too late as Id already bought the labels.
