Some loss of function lower back?

I don't think this is worth going to a gp about but it takes me longer now getting upright and I can tell it's lower back related. It doesn't hurt.

Anyone else had this and exercises to recommend? Perhaps it's just age

If you're not in any pain, try some regular exercises to strengthen your core muscles: russian twists, sit ups, that sort of thing. Strong abdominals will help support your back. Your muscles lose a lot of tone as you get older, unfortunately :(
