O2 Arena Ticket website

Am thinking of taking the DC to an event at the O2 in London. The ticketing website is AXS which I havent heard of, and seems to get shocking reviews.

What do the MN collective think?. I am following the link from the O2 site, so all seems legit, but the trust pilot score is very low.

Anyone got experience to share of buying tickets via this website ?

It's fine, just hefty booking fees added!

Oh thanks for the response. I dont seem to have an option... if I want to go to the event this is the official route. ... just dont want to spend £s and then have not tickets!
