I am applying for my daughter's first passport. I have filled the form out how I should, all details are correct, in black ink and in capitals, however I have just picked up my the form form our countersignature, got home and realised a lot on her part wasn't written in capitals.
Will they send it back too me?
Will it be void?
Shall I do another form and sit with her this time?
