Posted about this recently-DD is 8 mos and occasionally thrashes about before sleep-kicks legs, arches back, flails arms and head back. I reckoned it was excitement from learning to crawl and having Extra energy and Being keen to use those muscles. But now seems she’s doing it more often, did it during lunch in her chair, a bit of a spastic movement like hiccups but without sound? She’s not got a fever and disnt seem to lose consciousness or having trouble breathing. Of course now googled and in a panic, anyone else DC has this?

If you're at all concerned, try and video it and show it to your GP. They don't mind easing a worried mind for a little one.

Definitely see your GP and take a video of you can. My DS experienced benign myoclonic seizures/tremors before sleep for a few months at around 7-8 months old. GP reassured me and it went, no symptoms or issues since and he's now 2.5

Thank you both . Will try to video it next time.
