Mushroom stir fry, small pot of uncle bens egg fried rice, sweet chilli sauce... all stir fried together. Served with m&s GF tempura battered chicken... it was heavenly! Reminded me of a nice Chinese (that I miss so much)

Still getting to grips with this gluten free life, so, if you wouldn't mind, share your delicious GF meals with me! I need inspiration

I’m not gf but my dinner tonight was. I had a salad, spinach base, with a kind of coleslaw I made with grated carrot and beetroot and apple with a mix of fat free yoghurt and low fat mayo. With peppers and celery. Then topped with cauliflower, courgette and chickpeas all dusted with curry powder, nigella seeds and sprayed with oil before baking. Delicious!

I had roasted aubergine and pepper salad with feta and mint, and a cumin based dressing.

Last night was Thai style chilli chicken with stir fry veg - usually with rice or rice noodles but had it solo

Also had gf pasta, veg and lemon and mustard dressing earlier in the week. Fish and new potatoes also a favourite with roasted veg medley or steamed veg.

I miss proper pizza and bread and cake but lots of lovely things to make
