What's for dinner ?

It's so hot , what's everyone doing for dinner tonight? I need inspiration or it's cereal for us

Thai curry with prawns and veg, topped with cashews and lots of fresh coriander, profiteroles for afters.
I'm making an effort as Dd is coming over, the profiteroles are bought though!

My favourite - pulled pork, skinny sweet potato fries, sweetcorn & coleslaw. It's been on low for 6.5 hours so far, can't wait! It's a bit cooler today, so the oven being on hasn't been a problem.

We had quick thai prawn coconut curry yesterday with packet coconut rice.
